Bakit nga ba dito sila naglagay ng branch nila sa Pilipinas?
It is because "With the three billion videos viewed globally in a day and 48 hours worth of video uploaded every minute, views from the Philippines account for tens of millions of these views in a single day." at eto pa “The Philippine online population is even bigger than the actual population of most countries in Southeast Asia.” which means Pinoys are addictedt in video viewing on Youtube.
And there, Google-Youtube is taking advantage of it's potential $10Billion social ad revenue value pagsapit ng 2013. WOW!!!! $.$

What'sInItForFilipinos
It is said that localized service will allow for monetization of video views in the Philippines. Sounds good for me. Plus marami pang advantage yan para sa atin na hindi ko na babanggitin. But I'm quite worried that it might kill the Filipino Television industry or the show business and there's more disadvantages din na pwedeng maging resulta nito sa ating komunidad.

THE BLOG
Since this is my first blog post, I'd like to tell something about the blog title and what this blog is gonna be about.
PETRABYTES comes from two words, petra and bytes. Petra is an Arabic word, meaning "rock" ; and byte literally means "a unit of digital data". No, I didn't mean Petabytes nor Terrabytes nor Tetrabytes.This is also has nothing to do with Petra (Petrang Kabayo, a Filipino movie character). I just think it sounds good and quite unique...and awesome!?
This blog is going to take up anything that is at least quite worth talking about...and some random thought's I have. And of course! It will take much of my time, and yours too. Some Current or Non-current Issues, Some Badass Happenings, Any Updates, News, Music, Movies, Trends, Reviews and your girlfriend's missing underwear --- you'll find that all here!
